With the Summit over, we headed out of town Sunday morning. Since we’d already experienced the charms of Winslow, AZ., we opted for a different route. We headed North to Durango, CO. and found a really nice town. It was very scenic with fresh snow on all of the mountains in the area.
This morning we left Durango and headed to Page, AZ.. On the way we made a side trip in Mesa Verde National Park. I’ll post more about that when we get back to civilation. Next, we’re on to Zion National Park, Death Valley and Mono Lake. It’s been a really nice trip so far.
Cheers
